Saw a bit of breakfast news this morning and they were on about Desert Island discs being 70 years old and why people select the music they do. Of course this required the opinion of an expert so they brought on what looked like a schoolgirl who is apparently a ‘music psychologist’. I have no doubt she gets paid bucket loads of cash to tell people the bleedin’ obvious; they like it, but she did say that tests on brain patterns show that playing music that is sad makes you feel happy!Brain, being already depressed by the knowledge of a schoolgirl being paid thousands of pounds to talk twaddle, rebels and kicks out happy messages to prevent you blowing your brains out.
Sadly on the planet we do not have any schoolgirl musicĀ psychologists, but on the plus side I am now making millions as a ‘wargame psychologist’, helping people sort out their anger issues on a smaller scale helps them put things into perspective.
