Once again Ambrose has let the ink run out on the colour printer. I think he still believes he can pop down to the corner shop and buy a generic bottle of ink over the counter. As I persuaded him to buy a durrable and economical machine (richo aficio) he is sadly dissapointed. The whole concept of stock control appears to be beryond him. The machine is either full or empty with no inbetween unless I get him to confess he has loaded the last cartridge before it is empty.
We will now be without the main copier for approximately a week until we get a delivery fortunately we are closed next week. I just hope he doesn’t insist in taking in his ancient printer from home and messing up all the printing settings again.
Frankly I am at a loss as to how anything works as he insists in hot swapping working computers with ‘wonky’ machines, that are often working perfectly but, have a lose cable. The ensuing mess leaves two or more machines cocked up and often a third damaged as he slams the machines around trying to fix the problem.
Satrurday gone was a point in case: I turned on a machine that had worked perfectly Wednesday and saw he had swapped his ‘pride and joy’ perfect machine, he’d got conned to buy, and proceeded to smash the headphones on the working machine in the process. The second machine he had ripped the keyboard and mouse off as replacements and a third machine had had the sounds disconected by some carring soul. If ever I catch the bright spark messing with the setttings they will regret it.
